We are growing and are now looking for four NC operators for our turning and multi-operation department

As a result of strong and sustained order intake, we are in an expansion phase. To meet market demand and continue delivering with the highest precision, we are now looking for four dedicated NC operators who want to become part of our team in turning and multi-operation machining.

We are looking for you who have some years of experience or a burning interest in the field, relevant education, and are willing to develop together with us.

The Role:

• You will produce prototypes and low-volume articles.
• You will work in lathes or multi-axis multi-machines from brands such as DMG Mori and Mazak.
• As an operator, you program using GibbsCam, ISO, or conversational programming.
• You set up and prepare your jobs independently.
• You are responsible for quality from drawing via first-piece inspection and ongoing control.
• You work weekdays in a two-shift system.

• Are good at mathematics and logical thinking.
• Are meticulous, structured, and self-starting.
• Want to work independently but are flexible and easy to collaborate with.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Documented education.
• Experience with GibbsCam, Mazatrol, and Siemens control systems.
• Experience from cutting machining such as turning and milling.
• Ability to handle and understand ISO programming for CNC machines.
• Good skills in Swedish and English.
• Valid driver's license.
